Where the fault is ours — a bottle damaged in transit, a parcel that never arrived, or a product that does not match what this page said about it — we put it right at no cost to you.
If a return is agreed, our reply carries the address and the steps. Please do not post anything back before you have them: an unannounced parcel cannot be matched to your order.
Money goes back to the payment method you used once the return reaches us; how quickly your bank then posts it is outside our hands. None of this reduces the rights you hold under the consumer law where you live.
